I spoke with Pedro over the phone and came from out of state to look at a new Highlander. When I arrived they had the car prepped and ready to go. They had also given me an estimate on my trade-in over the phone which I was a little nervous about but they honored it with no questions. There were no hidden fees and were very easy to work with!

Joe Donahue made the experience great He was all over the tracking of the vehicles as they were coming in and got us into the exact car we wanted. He was incredibly efficient in the process. We were in and out in no time with our new car. He could not have made the experience any better.
The salesperson Mr. Malik is excellent at customer service and was kind, helpful and did the transactions as quickly as possible. Before and after purchase, he answers all emails and answers the questions thoroughly. This is not his fault, but an extra key should have been made since I work long hours, Sears is no longer open to make keys, and the computer key will be at least $100.00 to add an extra one. No one ever has only one key to their car! This has been stressful....
